I had a fine stay here and would like to stay there on the next trip. The hotel was stunningly beautiful and placed in a functional-style building. The stuff was great and pleasant providing the information. It was in the center of Cozumel with Plaza Central nearby. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles...

Helpful staff members, absolutely perfect location adjacent to many restaurants, the ferry dock on a quiet street, and the main square and ferry terminal.

It was a gorgeous and stylish hotel in a secure area, really close to the downtown and the center of Cozumel. The location was best possible, the staff was amiable. Nice service, just what we needed.

The room was a nice size, had huge own bathroom. We had a comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Its location was UNBEATABLE, so close to the most things, the main points of the city, and ferry.

This stylish hotel was really impeccably clean. The room was a nice size and spotless when upgraded with a balcony and Air Condition, for example. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Cozumel.

We loved our stay at this cozy guesthouse! the room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. the strong WiFi and good air conditioning made our stay even better. the regular housekeeping ensured that everything was neat and tidy. We also appreciated having water provided in the room. the location of the guesthouse was perfect for us as backpackers, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We even did some DIY snorkeling by walking to nearby snorkeling sites and had an amazing time. a great experience!

My stay at Carlota Guest House was amazing! The house and my room were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host, Leydi, was incredibly responsive and quickly resolved any issues. The strong wifi was a bonus. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Had such a great stay at this guesthouse. Leydi was super helpful and organised someone to meet me for check in. The room has everything you need - a balcony, a nice bathroom, and a reasonably sized bedroom with access to a small kitchenette. Leydi offered lots of great recommendations of places to eat and where to visit around the island. She even organised for a scooter to be dropped off at the guesthouse, making my short trip a breeze!

The location of the guesthouse was perfect, just a short walk from the main road and the center of town. This made it convenient to explore and try out different restaurants and shops. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for activities and even arranged scooter rental for us, which made getting around the island a breeze. the service was fantastic and really added to our experience.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of security in our room. There was a second door with small windows that opened to a pathway used by other guests to park their motorbikes.
